Born in 1979 in Rijeka. She graduated from The School of Applied Arts, majoring in Scenography design.
Alongside formal education, she completed a wide variety of art ceramics courses, most prominent of which were taught by
B. Rocea and Isa Mucici. 
Bruketa-Matkovic’s work has been represented by Mala Galerija in Rijeka since 2002.
She continues to absorb the acute attention to form and refine her own visual and conceptual vocabulary through her work with her father, Vlado Bruketa, a graduate of the Hammersmith College of Art in London.
One-person exhibition and many group exhbition
Since 2012 Bruketa-Matkovic has been a member of KERAMEIKON, Croatian Ceramic Association.
